I have also served as an adjunct professor in the behavior analysis department at Florida International University since 2009.

A one-time president of the Organizational Behavior Management Network, I have also co-founded several community organizations focused on disseminating behavior science. I am also the author of three books on leadership, performance feedback, and professionalism, entitled “Leadership in Behavior Science,” “Feedback F!@#ups And How to Avoid Them,” and “The Professional RBT,” respectively.

Exercise is a big part of my life. I go to the gym five days a week to lift weights and run almost seven days a week.

As a child, my dad taught me how to lift weights. Since then, I’ve also developed a love of running which I have added to my regular routine.
