A one-time president of the Organizational Behavior Management Network, I have also co-founded several community organizations focused on disseminating behavior science. I am also the author of three books on leadership, performance feedback, and professionalism, entitled “Leadership in Behavior Science,” “Feedback F!@#ups And How to Avoid Them,” and “The Professional RBT,” respectively.
As a child, my dad taught me how to lift weights. Since then, I’ve also developed a love of running which I have added to my regular routine.
